Hey Aaron,

I´m Christine and I´m a student of MediaScience at University of Bochum in Germany. I´m just writing my Masterthesis.
My thesis is about Narrative Complexity. I was reading John Mittell´s article on NC and saw that there is no existing clear concept or definition of NC. So I´m writing about the characteristics of NC with a case study on Lost. I already met John at a conference in Zurich, where he presented some characteristics of NC. I did an interview with him, which I hopefully can potcast or put into an article.
One of my characteristics of NC is a transmediality of Lost. While my research I just found your thesis. So here we go.... :-)
I´m looking forward to read it.

nice greets from germany, christine

Nice article again Aaron. As a kid I read: The Lord of the Rings (more than once), The Chronicles of Narnia (many times), Nancy Drew (most of them), The Hardy Boys (most of them), and Tom Swift (most of them) among quite a few others.

Interactive immersive transmedia experiences are nice and I enjoy them, but sometimes it is just nice to sit down and read a good book! :)

How has The 39 Clues been holding up so far for you?
